GEENA | SENIORS

i’m not sure how i became lucky enough to photograph the Mona Lisa… but i swear it was her.  Geena is a lovely young woman who reached out to me at a particularly beautiful time of year.  the leaves were full of color and the autumn had yet to give way to that cold and grey entrance into winter.  Geena specifically picked nature as the backdrop to her photos, and as i continued to photograph her, the more she reminded me of an old soul.  she seemed completely at home in nature, absorbed by her surroundings and becoming more serene as the shoot went on.  there was a moment where we were sitting overlooking the Delaware River and valley behind, where i swear Geena became the Mona Lisa.  serene, stoically relaxed, beautiful, and ready to take on the world.
