RYAN + JENNA | WEDDING AT JACK BAKER’S

earlier this year i was given the pleasure of shooting Jenna and Ryan’s engagement photos.  they had hoped and planned for beautiful engagement photography out on the beach, but it seemed like every time we would schedule their session the weather was wet, cloudy, and rainy– not exactly ideal conditions for beach photography.  we rocked the session anyways (you can see it here) and we consoled ourselves with the fact that we could try getting sunnier beach photos at their wedding later in the year.

Jenna and Ryan finally got their romantic beach photos, and i have to admit that it was worth the wait.  Jenna looked stunning in her wedding dress and Ryan was wearing a smile from ear to ear… these two are so in love with each other that it just beams from both of them.  so after a church ceremony near Jenna’s home we made our way to Point Pleasant beach and made Jenna and Ryan’s dream of beach wedding photos come true.  after spending some time on the beach, we made our way back to the Sunset Ballroom at Jack Baker’s for their wedding reception photos where the party and dancing continued into the night.  the day was beautiful from start to finish, but not because of the weather or even because of this wedding photographer– the day was beautiful because two people who are so deeply in love with each other took the plunge into choosing a life of adventure together.  in my opinion that’s more beautiful than sunshine on a beach.
