‘STRATTON’ | FAMILY PHOTOS IN NEW HOPE

i’ve said time and again (and i very likely will continue to say) that i love getting to tell people’s stories through photography.  i am very passionate about trying to show who people are through the images i capture, and no matter what type of photo session i may be shooting, this aim is always on my mind.  enter in the Stratton family.  this family was truly and sincerely awesome to work with.  relaxed, funny, and incredibly welcoming, i found myself photographing a family that was brimming full with laughter, warmth, and love for one another.  shot at Grandfather and Gigi’s home outside of New Hope, we spent the evening making jokes, talking about photography, and when it was finally time for me to leave, i was sent with a piece of pie and some homemade rice krispie treats.  most days being a photographer is seriously great, but once in awhile there are also days when it is truly the single best job in the world.
