Anjanette and Nancy were recently married in a two-part wedding celebration, and having just finished their wedding photos, i decided that i really wanted to share a piece of that celebration here. taking place at the 1740 House outside New Hope and overlooking the Delaware River, their wedding ceremony was truly something relaxed and intimate, and because the brides couldn’t stop smiling– it allowed for a lot of beautiful and candid moments. sometimes the best images don’t come from poses or staged shots, but rather those romantic moments in between it all. those moments you might miss if you’re not paying attention. that’s what this wedding meant to me because it was full to the brim with smiles and winks, laughter and inside jokes, and two brides who danced in their bedroom together because they just couldn’t wait to get to the party started. throughout the time i spent speaking with them, i came to really love and admire these two ladies for their kindness, gentleness, and warm spirits. i was so honored to share this day with them and to help them celebrate by photographing their marriage and commitment of love to one another.
