JAMIE + JOSH | WEDDING

this year has been exceptional when it comes to amazing and remarkable couples that i have been given the privilege to meet and photograph– both Jamie and Josh being a huge part of that equation.  firstly, these two not only made me homemade donuts as a surprise for when i photographed their engagement pictures (which i will never forget because homemade goodies are awesome) but they and their loved ones made it their mission to welcome me not only to capture the moments from the day, but to be a part in shaping and creating them as well.  from witnessing Jamie and Josh’s first look, to driving away with them to their secret getaway for Nina’s Waffles after the ceremony, to laughing and having fun with some hilarious guests on the dance floor… it was a pleasure and a truly distinct honor to be a part of it all.  i’m a firm believer that good photography rarely happens on the sidelines.  it’s about jumping in at the right moments with the right people at your side, and hoping that together you can make some magic happen.
