JULIANE + RYAN | ENGAGEMENT PHOTOS AT TYLER STATE PARK

i love surprises. i truly do. so it was with great joy that one of my couples-to-be wrote me last week and asked if they could schedule a short engagement session with me. an even better surprise was when Juliane confided that she really liked the romance and beauty of an overcast day. taking a look at the weather forecast we planned to take their engagement photos at Tyler State Park in Newtown, PA on what appeared to be the next overcast day. surprise again– we woke up to snow which had just fallen fresh that morning.

people often don’t want photos on cloudy days, cold days, or snowy days. i get it. because as much as i love the outdoors, i’m often an indoor photographer myself during the winter months. that said, i hope that the beauty of these engagement photos will surprise you in the best ways possible.
