as a nerdy theatre kid turned photographer, how could i not love photographing this wedding? let me explain. Julie and Joe met each other through her family connections doing theatre, and it’s through her family’s running of a theatre company where i photograph often that i got the awesome privilege of getting to befriend both Julie and Joe some years ago. so it was only fitting that these two married and held their reception onstage at Music Mountain Theatre. sincerely, these two are some of the sweetest, loveliest, and friendliest people you will meet. while it rained (scratch that– it POURED) almost the whole day of their wedding, you would never be able to tell because Julie and Joe were so full of positive energy and joy, it’s like they carried the sunshine with them. i’m so honored to have been their wedding photographer, but more than that, i’m honored to be their friend. congratulations Julie and Joe!!
