KASSI | SENIORS

this was not the first time Kassi has ever been photographed by me, but it certainly may be the best time Kassi has ever been photographed by me.  i’ve gotten the unique pleasure of having this girl in my life for years and have always considered her a bit of a little sister to me.  having met her and her awesome family at a church in Bangor, Pennsylvania, i can truly say that she is one of the most vivacious, fashionable, and confident young women i have ever had the pleasure of knowing.  she wanted to do something different (i LOVE when people want to try something different) so we packed up the car and took a short drive to South street near downtown Philadelphia.  it was the perfect setting to match Kassi’s rocker chic aesthetic… and it gave us the best opportunity to simply play as model and photographer.  a lot of passion and love went into the taking of these photos– a lot of laughs too!  it’s what happens when somebody you know is wearing a flannel you gave them years ago because you’re buddies.  it’s what happens when you call each other nicknames that nobody else would understand.  it’s what happens when you open up your life to somebody as awesome as Kassi is.  here’s to you Rainbow Pony!  –love, Jasper
