for anyone who has followed my photography for awhile, you’ll know that Nicole is one of my favorite friends to photograph. i love going into a shoot with her because we sometimes work best flying by the seat of our pants. it had felt like ages since i worked with her, so while we wanted something a little more moody, deconstructed, and modernist for this shoot, we honestly spent the time when we weren’t taking photos just laughing, hugging, and catching up with one another. there are fewer joys for a photographer than going out and creating something beautiful, there are fewer still than the love and happiness of friends together.
